Friendship Day

We weren’t really prepared for a Friendship Day celebrated with the intensity of 8th standard girls!  Friendship Day is widely celebrated in schools in India.  As soon as the girls came in this afternoon, they started wishing everyone happy Friendship Day, and tying friendship ribbons on each other’s wrists and fingers.

Happy Friendship Day!  We count ourselves lucky to have friends as enthusiastic and positive as our ALF students.
