Eighth standard students talk about ALF

Our wonderful eighth standard students have now been with us for ten weeks, and we’re constantly impressed by their growth and their willingness to learn and work hard. Here a few of them describe what they do at ALF and how they feel about it, using their own words, and some quite creative grammar!

My name is Gunjan.  In this picture I am explaining the class about atom.  I felt confidence.  This was good for me because this helps me to become more confidence.  I had never done this before.  This was really helpful for because by this I’ll become more and more confidence.  Because of this I can speak in class or in front of the people.

My name is Suprina.  Here’s a picture of me doing an experiment.  The flame went out in the second picture because I poured some carbon dioxide gas on it.  I made this gas by mixing baking soda and acid.  I like this experiment in ALF because I never do that experiment and, I am so excited to do this experiment.

Here I am at the end of the day eating my tiffin.  On the way home I feel very hungry.  After I get home from ALF I feel sleepy.  I come to ALF because I get better in my studies.

  1. Absolutely fantastic! ALF you are becoming wonderful leaders. Well done.

I learn a lot from you. One question – I was curious about being able to pour carbon dioxide gas because normally we pour liquids.

Keep up your amazing work ALF and your amazing ALF teachers!

    • Hi Jyoti, thanks so much for your encouragement as always. I’ll make sure the girls see your message on Monday and I’ll have them respond to your CO2 question!
