A new program for 8th Standard

This week, twenty-five students joined ALF for a new four month program.  We created an opportunity at ALF to prepare girls for the very challenging ninth standard, and help them make gains in English, Maths and Science.  Of course, there will be some exciting forays into leadership as well!

Our new students are getting used to their longer day, and the routines and high expectations at ALF.

Once again, the admissions process would have been a lot tougher had it not been for the support of our 9th and 10th Standard students, who were involved in publicising the program in school, and played an important role working alongside teachers on the admission day.

We’re thrilled to have our new students with us, and eager to see how they progress as learners and leaders as the weeks go by.
